Led by Dr. Scott Fraser and his almost two decades worth of experience in college and university admissions, our team comprises of educational specialists, job sector and workplace consultants, former admissions officers, University, College, and course-specific experts and alumni from all over the globe.

Dr Scott Fraser
Dr Scott Fraser has over 17 years of experience in university test preparation and is considered a global leader in university admissions advisory. Notably, Dr Fraser is a published author with Cambridge University Press in Chemistry for the Australian High School Curriculum.
Dr Fraser has transformed career trajectories for university graduates and advanced professionals, helping them to achieve their goals and ultimately securing their professional and personal success.
He is an accredited UCAS advisor and qualified International Pathways Advisor from The University of Pennsylvania.
Dr Lauretta Adeleye
Lauretta Adeleye is a highly experienced Senior Careers Consultant with a strong background in Careers, Learning and Development.
She has led impactful initiatives across education, healthcare, and government sectors in the UAE and UK, specialising in instructional design, talent management, and leadership training.
Lauretta's strategic career coaching and innovative technology solutions have transformed many professional journeys, significantly contributing to DecidEd's mission of empowering students and professionals.
